    I usually don’t give bad reviews at all but i visited the shop twice in past week wait time is minimum to mints but i waited patiently and was happy with serviceToday Bought meals on way back home paid £I asked to add extra ketchup and mayo with each meal staff rudely answered it’s not free will cost p.They just lost a regular customer for p

    Ordered through Just East for my kids while I was at work.The delivery driver refused to give it to my husband because he didn't have a code(which is something new). The driver took the food and went away and put delivered on the website.Just Eat refused to refund me because it says delivered.Red Rooster says they called Just Eat and they say it was left in a safe place.It wasn't because my husband spoke to the driver and he refused to give the order as I didn't give him the code.They can't be recommended because it's a change of language all the time.

    Very disappointed with both Red Rooster and Just Eat. My wife ordered for the kids while she was at work.The driver delivered but asked for a code (which is a new thing to me) and as I didn't have it, he refused to give me the order. He turned away with my order and put delivered on the app.Just Eat refused to refund me because it says delivered.No one want to take responsibility. That's not customer service.Both Red Rooster and Just Eat are not dealing with the matter in a professional way.I'm local and loyal customer to Red Rooster. I will not buy from them again because they just take ur money and not deal with issues in case there are any.
